FUNCTION AREAS
The Adelaide Entertainment Centre’s function rooms range in size and style and cater for up to 10,000 people, whether it’s a corporate dinner, banquet, seminar, trade show, cocktail party, meeting or wedding reception. The Adelaide Entertainment Centre is undergoing renovations during 2009 so function areas are limited.
REVELATIONS CHAPEL
The Adelaide Entertainment Centre’s Revelations Chapel on site (circa 1854) has been fully renovated maintaining the charm of the original Chapel and making it the perfect venue for a wedding ceremony or a unique function area for any special event. Ideal for exclusive dinners, cocktail parties, small seminars and also perfect for art exhibitions or musical recitals with the capacity to seat 120 guests. The adjoining courtyard is suitable for a marquee to host your wedding reception or any other outdoor entertainment
ARENA
The magnitude of the Arena makes it a popular choice for large banquets, trade shows or conferences. Impressive in size, the Arena floor area can be modified to fit your requirements, extending up to 2,680 square metres. For a spectacular event, the Arena can be fully carpeted and accommodate a dance floor, staging and banqueting from 450 to 1000 guests. State of the art rear projection screens suspend from the ceiling of the Arena to provide further potential for branding or theming of your function. For conventions, exhibitions and trade shows, the Arena offers a completely flexible space to bring your vision to life.
ALCHEMY (Currently Under Renovations)
Overlooking a courtyard, Alchemy features floor to ceiling windows that open up to provide natural light and greater versatility. Its innovative open plan design and rich warm tones make it well suited to smaller events including banquets, wedding receptions, seminars or networking functions for up to 220 in banquet style or 400 for cocktails.
RUBIKON (Currently Under Renovations)
Rubikon is being replaced by a new performance venue which will cater for both events and functions from 2010.
OTHER FUNCTION SPACES
There are a number of superb Lounge or Suite facilities suitable for smaller meetings or break out rooms to compliment larger functions. The Lounge and Suite facilities provide a perfect space for a VIP cocktail party or meeting for between 10-80 guests. Also the Farnham Room hosts smaller corporate functions and is a fully serviced space and ideal for strategy meetings.
