FACILITIES & SERVICES
Clear signage will guide you to your seats, restrooms and food and beverage outlets. At any time please also ask any of our friendly staff who are here to assist you with any enquiries you may have.
BOX OFFICE
During the current renovations, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre has a temporary box office located near the Paramount (Eastern) Entry on the Adam Street side of the building (view our Location Map). This is open for ticket sales on event days 2 hours before the commencement of each performance. Pre-purchased tickets may be collected from this box office for that event.
TOILETS
Male and female toilets are located throughout the Main Foyer level. Accessible toilets are located at all four corners of the foyer. A baby change room is located in the Front Foyer adjacent to Door 22.
CAMERAS, VIDEOS AND RECORDING DEVICES
Cameras, videos and other recording items are not allowed. The cloakroom is available for you to cloak these items. If you are seen using these items our staff will ask you to cloak these items. These items are not allowed as a result of copyright laws. The cloakroom is located next to Door 22 in the Front Foyer.
SMOKING
The Adelaide Entertainment Centre is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the venue is prohibited. If you would like to smoke please make your way to the Paramount (Eastern) Entry or ask our friendly staff for directions.
FIRST AID
First Aid rooms are located adjacent to Doors 1 and 12 on the Main Foyer Level. Volunteers from the St John's Ambulance staff attend all events. There is a First Aid room also located on the arena floor. Please ask our friendly staff or our St John volunteers should assistance be required.
ATM
An Automatc Teller Machine is available in the front foyer opposite Door 1.
MERCHANDISE
The merchandise area sells an assortment of items related to the event and is located in the Front Foyer.
BINOCULARS
Hire of binoculars is available from our cloakroom. A hire charge does apply and a security deposit is required per hire that will be refunded upon return of the binocular(s).
EARPLUGS
Complimentary earplugs are available from our cloakroom.
