FACILITIES & SERVICES
Clear signage will guide you to find areas such as your seats, restrooms, food and beverage outlets etc. At any time please also ask any of our friendly staff who are here to assist you with any enquiries you may have. The Box Office, located in the Front Foyer, is open for ticket sales during Events from 4.00pm and tickets may also be collected from this area during an event. At other times tickets can be purchased or collected from the Hindmarsh Ticketek Agency on the AEC site on the corner of Port Road and Mary Street, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am -12.00pm.
The Merchandise area sells an assortment of items related to the performing event and is located in the Front Foyer.
Public Telephones are located in the Front Foyer, and in Rubikon.
Male and Female toilets are located throughout the Main Foyer level and additional restrooms are also located in Rubikon. Located in the Front Foyer adjacent to Door 22 is the Parents/Babies changing room.
Cameras, videos and other recording items are not allowed. The cloakroom is available for you to cloak these items. If you are seen using these items our staff will ask you to cloak these items. These items are not allowed as a result of copyright laws. Located next to Door 22 in the Front Foyer is also a Cloakroom.
Hire of binoculars is available at the Cloakroom. A hire charge does apply and a security deposit is required per hire that will be refunded upon return of the binocular(s). Earplugs are also available at the Cloakroom.
EFTPOS facilities are available in the front foyer from the Automatic Teller Machine.
First Aid rooms are located adjacent to Doors 1 and 12 on the Main Foyer Level. Volunteers from the St John's Ambulance staff attend all events. There is a First Aid room also located on the arena floor. Please ask our friendly staff or our St John volunteers should assistance be required.
The Adelaide Entertainment Centre is a non-smoking venue and we ask that you please refrain from smoking at all times within the building. If you would like to smoke please make your way to the Rubikon courtyard which is located adjacent to the main entrance, or see our friendly staff for alternate directions to smoking areas.
