INTRODUCTION

We recruit both internally and externally to select the best people for positions avaliable.

Every employee is unique and a valuable part of the AEC team. We continually strive to build the best team by attracting and developing talented people and create an environment that will enable the AEC to retain those people.

Permanent roles consisting of both full and part time employees occasionally become available in the following areas:

  • Sales and Marketing
  • Venue Services
  • Event/Function Management
  • Food and Beverage
  • General Administration  

Casual staff roles that become available may be for work in any number of areas within the AEC including:

  • Patron Liaison
  • Ushering
  • Liquor outlets
  • Kitchens
  • Cleaning
  • Car park
  • Set Up

A flexible arrangement due to the AEC's unique Enterprise Agreement that has been in operation since the centre opened provides casual staff with the opportunity for a wide range of work functions.
